Beau-Fort
Beau-Fort, producer of parasols, wind screens and cushions for professionals approached us with the request to build them a visual tool to enhance the customer experience on their website. By configuring the options in the tool, a potential customer gets a visual approximation of the product they wish to buy.
Muzaïek
When Muzaïek, an organisation which hosts (musical related) activities for children, required a new website, they also saw this as an opportunity to automate a large part of the subscription process for their activities.
More opportunities lied in the centralisation of their customer’s data, the automation of sending participation and fiscal certificates and much more.
Our collaboration with Lobkey Monster resulted in an ecosystem of two applications that fluently work together. There’s Muzaïek’s main website, which is controlled by a WordPress cms that contains the FAQ, contact page, blog posts and more.
And there’s a secondary, much larger system: a custom web application which controls the creation and management of activities, the families’ and co-workers’ accounts, all subscriptions and corresponding payments. As well as the automated sending of several system emails, including the certificates and an download section only available for certain user roles.
Master Global Health
Influenced by today’s globalisation, five top Belgian universities (Ghent University, KULeuven, UAntwerp, UHassel and VUB) collaborated to create a brand new Master’s programme: Master Global Health.
We were tasked by our colleagues from Lobkey Monster with the development of this WordPress based website, resulting in an easy-to-use, modern and responsive website.
June.
When the June. travel magazine was rebranded by our colleagues from Lobkey Monster, we were happy that we were the ones who would translate this fresh and modern design into code.
The result is a functional, responsive blog website that’s easy on the eyes and uses the WordPress system that’s perfect for blogging.
Lobkey Monster
It’s always a pleasure to work together with our colleagues from Lobkey Monster. So naturally we were excited to build their own new website.
We translated their beautiful design into code and built an easy-to-edit WordPress that allows them to easily manage and edit their pages, cases, …
Feral Group
Feral Group, producer of steel frame windows and doors, presented us with a typical problem a lot of companies in their position face: they were losing a lot of time on administrative tasks rather than actually being able to do the work they enjoy.
Especially calculating prices based on their distributors’ measurements and preferred options and subsequently creating quotes for those requests was a time-consuming job. Resolving this with an automated process would save the company both a lot of time and money.
We helped to create a custom tool that consists out of two parts. The first is a configurator to replace the need for manual calculations by Feral Group employees. This configurator allows people to easily configure their product while seeing a preview and budget estimation for the final product. Afterwards the system automatically generates a quote as PDF, saving Feral Group a huge amount of time.
The second part is an account and login system for employees and distributors and an admin interface in which Feral Group can manage the accounts of their employees, distributors and their subaccounts. Later on we also added a publicly available version of the application embedded on Feral Group’s website with a bit fewer options.
PartyField
As a young company, we like to support other young people who are starting a new business. So it was no surprise that we jumped at the opportunity to help Robin to create PartyField, where you can rent sound, light and special effects equipment to satisfy your party needs.
There was an obvious need for a modern website where you could rent out products from PartyField’s assortment, but first we had to create the actual PartyField brand. So we designed the logo, business cards and other essential materials. On top of that we created a slick WordPress website with an actual webshop feel to it where you can easily add products to your request for a quote.
Marblo
When the food devision of the Willy Naessens Group was looking for a partner to build the website of their newly acquired Marblo brand, we were glad to be their final choice.
We built a slick looking one-pager that features limited information on their one-person prepared meals where the most interesting technical feature is the dealer locator based on Google Maps.
Chap’eau
Each year, Aquafin who strives to increase the quality of the Flemish watercourses, hosts the Chap’eau event to bring attention to their accomplishments. Our colleagues from The Oval Office help organise the entire event and contacted us for their event website.
Together we’ve built an easy-to-use event website where guests can buy tickets and reserve their places for the activities that take place during the event. All with an integrated online payment system based on Mollie.
Vinistoires
The concept of “Vinistoires” was created by copywriter Dirk De Moor. It is a compilation of, historical and surprising stories where wine takes the center stage. The interest, and taste buds, of our colleagues from Lobkey Monster was piqued and so they created a brand identity for this concept.
Together we created the clean, responsive WordPress website to give these stories a stage and to help Dirk’s ambition to tell these stories on (business) events, in tourist guides, etc.
